Support the Bren School

Supporting the Bren School has a ripple effect that positively impacts individual lives, advances research, and improves the quality of the environment worldwide.

The Fund for Excellence ensures that the School has the financial ability to thrive at a time when existing resources are stretched to meet an array of competing needs. These funds are utilized by the Dean wherever the need is greatest. Funds may be used to support research, purchase equipment, supplies, or travel that will advance the leading-edge work of our students, faculty and staff.

Bren Student Support enables the School to recruit and support outstanding Master's and Ph.D. students who demonstrate merit and need.  Gifts of all sizes are greatly appreciated.  Establish a Named Prize for $2,650.  Establish a Named Award for $5,300.  Establish a Named Fellowship for $10,600.

The Bren Career Development Fund supports résumé workshops, and job search and interview skills training, as part of a comprehensive preparation for locating national and international employment in various sectors.

Bren Summer Internship Fund provides resources for students to participate in low or non-paid internships, where they can apply what they have learned in the classroom, gain valuable work experience, and make key contacts in the field--locally, nationally and internationally. Gifts of all sizes are greatly appreciated. Establish a Named Summer Internship Fellowship for $1,060+

Bren Eco-Entrepreneurship Fund supports environmental entrepreneurship and technology transfer by providing training and resources for the launch of socially valuable new ventures and eco-innovations.

Diversity at Bren Fund supports outreach activities to enhance the diversity of the Bren School's student population, thereby making the school stronger and more representative of the world in which we live.

Bren Graduating Class Gift is a legacy of support given to the Bren School by members of the current graduating class, their family and friends. Each year, Class Chairs lead the Class Gift campaign for 100% participation. They present their legacy to the Dean at Commencement. Gifts of all sizes are welcome and appreciated.
